Carly Cheeseman - Relaxing, Holistic & Deep Tissue Massage & Prgnancy Massage

An early interest in anatomy and physiology led her to undertake additional study in Swedish body massage and other holistic therapies, including:

Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Indian head massage, Reiki, Manual lymphatic drainage, Massage in pregnancy.

Carly holds certificates of proficiency in all the above therapies and am a member of, and insured by, the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.

Annie Colman - Sports Therapy & Remedial Massage:

Annie has a sports science background, having gained her degree in 2009 before going on to study Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage with the London School of Sports Massage. This is currently the highest level of qualification available in the field of Sports Massage. She also holds a level 2 UKCC (Sports Coaching Certificate). Annie always endeavours to keep up with the latest research in Sports Medicine and planning to start my MSc in Sports rehabilitation and Therapy in the future.

Annie is a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage which requires me to undertake in depth Continual Professional Development. Most recently she became qualified to practice Kinesiology Taping which has led her onto wanting to gain a deeper knowledge of fascia release any anatomy trains for my next CPD training.
