Runners & Maraton Prep

Let us help you with those common running related injuries...

Chondromalacia Patella (Runner's Knee)

This is a very common one! We see so many of these injuries and the good news, they are easy to treat & rehab.

Pain in the front of the knee or under the knee cap is the most common presentation, pain can often be worse with running or exercise, especially lunges. This is normally easily treated with soft tissue, taping and exercise rehab. We will assess your gait too to make sure there is no underlying issue.
